This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by No Work On Monday (a sole proprietorship of Johannes Vogt).
What data this covers
To manage our own Instagram account @noworkonmonday and Facebook Page No Work On Monday, we process the direct messages and comments you send us, plus aggregate account insights, via the Meta Graph API. We also process your name and email address if you signed up for our newsletter or placed an order. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Send an email to joe@noworkonmonday.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us the Instagram or Facebook handle, or the email address, you used to contact us. We will delete the personal data we hold about you, normally within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example invoices under German tax law).
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR you have the right to erasure (Art. 17) and the other rights described in our Privacy Policy. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
